Sainiteesh Maddineni Graduates with Honors

Sai graduated with Honors from Stanford with a B.S. in Bioengineering after spending all 4 years of his undergraduate in the Cochran Lab under the mentorship of Nishant Mehta. His honors thesis, “Characterization and Efficacy Analysis of a Novel Immunotherapy,” included his work on functionally validating a novel anti-VISTA antibody. In addition, Sai worked on solving the VISTA structure during his time in the lab. Sai will be pursuing his M.D. at Stanford Medical School starting this fall.
